The cars are all top quality.

 The guys were very helpful, sam was my sales guy he helped me compare three or four cars , we decided on the likely candidate and took it for a drive. He was up to date with the cars features etc. upon deciding we met Lucky who helped me through the test drive insurance etc and also the purchase, deposit and final payment. When i returned to make the final payment the finance girl ( i dont know her name) was very efficient she had all the paperwork complete and it only took 10 minutes to finalise. Overall it was a very pleasant expierience. I would reccomend OzCar to any of my friends. THANKS!!!!!

I came into ozcar about a week earlier and there wasnt exactly what i wanted or in my price range and i left my details, a few days later i recieved a call saying that there was a car on the lot that suited what i wanted. It was the car that i wanted.
I recieved a fair price for my trade in and was happy with that.
But on the test drive i noticed the steering wheel shuttered when going over 80km/h. When telling the staff they agreed to check the car and pay for any problems/repairs.
Also within a week of having the car i got a flat battery. The next day ozcar came out and replaced the battery for me for free.
Over all i can say that i am happy with my new car, my trade in price, the customer service and the whole experience.

 Michael the Manager, Salesman named Jordan, Hayley from Administration were professional, patient and friendly. My wallet was handed to me I had left it in one of the cars accidentally. A salesman by the name of Moh saw it in the car and gave it to me. I didn't even realise it was missing. I traded in and got two cars that I am happy with . We were browsing the local yards for a Dual Cab and came across Ozcars at Penrith. While they didn't have what we wanted in their yard Cameron gave us a trade value for our existing car and took us for a test drive of something similar. Then Anthony hunted through the system and found something that looked suitable in Gosford. They shipped the car down for us a couple of days later, no strings attached. The only trouble was it was awesome and I drove it home that afternoon. I still think I'm driving a rental and have to give it back. The guys have been great since the sale, and would recommend them as you first stop for pre loved vehicle.
