The first thing i thought of was reliability and when i brought my car the only company that came to mind was Australian Fleet Sales. I was right, for they have been outstanding with there performance in sales. Along with there knowledge about there cars.

Went into Cardiff yard as a returning customer with the car that i had bought a few years back, Jacob came out and had a chat with me. I told him the situation on the car i had brought in, my financial and personal situation and what i was looking for. We went through the usual stuff, the trade in price on the car, had a look around the yard, nothing there that was within my budget grabbed my eye so we went inside and Jacob did some investigating at other yards and found exactly what i was looking for, only issue was the car he had found was in Dubbo. He got the car delivered to Cardiff the next day, went for a drive and i fell in love! Paperwork done, Finance done and drove home in my new car the next day. I cant thank Jacob and Ben enough for all their help, nothing was too hard for them, they did everything they could to ensure i had what i wanted and i left happy, even managed to get me a ripper deal!! Especially Jacob, i took my 3 year old daughter with me on the first day i went in and she was excited to look around, and when we were inside on the computer Jacob got a big notepad and some markers and she was in her element drawing away and having fun, he even made sure she liked the car before asking me :) I will definately be back for another car when i need another upgrade, and will definately be back for regular servicing! Thanks again boys....

Easy to deal with, got the new car no fuss, great trade in, only down side, the product review girl said For my feedback I would receive a gift in the mail, I never received anything. But can't blame Oz Car for that, these reviews must be a third party. That is the only dull mark on my Oz Car experience.

We recently visited the Oz Car yard in Dubbo. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and we were shown around the cars that were in our price range. Jason was great, very knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all. We purchased a car and the DP came and thanked us and congratulated us on our purchase.  Michael the Manager, Salesman named Jordan, Hayley from Administration were professional, patient and friendly. My wallet was handed to me I had left it in one of the cars accidentally. A salesman by the name of Moh saw it in the car and gave it to me. I didn't even realise it was missing. I traded in and got two cars that I am happy with . I would recommend OzCar Cardiff as my experience was actually fun. Will buy from here again. Thanks guys
