Jason, Ian and Nikia were superb in handling what I wanted in the car i wanted to getting finance they were great and treated me well.

On the weekend we went for "just a look" then ended up coming home with a new car & a huge bunch of balloons🎉 Huge thanks to Logan Rea who went above and beyond to help us out and Ben for finalizing the sale. If it wasn't for Logan & Ben we would not have returned back to Oz Car at Cardiff as the other 2 Managers were not as welcoming & honest as the rest of the staff. If you don't want to be bullshitted and mislead with the typical sales pitch I would highly recommend to go see Logan & Ben at Gosford. I recently traded in my Kluger and purchased an I 20 at ASF Cardiff. The customer service was excellent and was the reason I pursued the transaction so confidently. I did not feel pressured or overwhelmed and the whole process was quick and easy. They have a new customer for life.



 

i just traded in a car and bought a new one from OzCar and am still impressed by the service and quality of cars. This is my second car I have bought through them and I doubt it will be the last. I cannot recommend the team at Cardiff especially Jacob who answered all my questions, took me on a huge test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the car and got me enough to pay out the loan on my existing car. I have already told other people about the yard and I am sure that they will be heading out there when it is time for their new car.

We recently visited the Oz Car yard in Dubbo. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and we were shown around the cars that were in our price range. Jason was great, very knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all. We purchased a car and the DP came and thanked us and congratulated us on our purchase.
