So I purchased a car from oz car Cardiff recently, and just wanted to say that they made everything really easy and simple. They sorted everything out to make my purchase stress free :) definitely worth the spontaneous decision to visit.

 Firstly, I would like to thank the OzCar management for investing in training and development in your staff to provide the customer experience you should expect when arriving on the yard.

Secondly, the courtesy and professionalism from Shane Varkloy (acting manager at parramatta ) when we brought two cars and the following week we brought another two from Jigar (Branch Manager) both gentlemen made the transition seamless and enjoyable with our purchases.

And last but not least Sunny the Front man, who undisputedly deserves recognition for always delivering the best possible service to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a reflection of his characteristics as a genuine man who goes beyond the call of duty.

I spoke to Jake pre visiting the yard and when I arrived Joel took care of me until Jake was free. 
Jake gave me plenty of info about the cars, answered all my questions and helped me find the car for me. 
The team there were all friendly and I went home that night with my new car.
