ust have to say a big thank you to the team at Penrith OzCar Sales. What an amazing team of people we dealt with, Adrian, Shane and Vicki, it was a pleasure to deal with you and wonderfully refreshing to find honest and genuine people. First we called and spoke to Adrian then we arrived to be greeted by Adrian and shown around, we didn't see anything that was within our price range at this stage, but plenty of quality used cars. Adrian suggested to look at the database and we found the one for us. They had it delivered the next day for us to test drive and what a great car! We drove away that same day with a great priced and amazingly well presented car. The finance was organised without a problem and we are now very happy to be driving a wonderful Toyota Kluger. My new Holden Cruze is amazing, and the team at Wollongong Ozcar were outstanding. It definitely wasn't the typical car sales that we have come to expect. They really out did themselves. Everyone was extremely helpful and the after sales service has been amazing. I have been telling everyone if they need to buy a car to go to Ozcar, I can't stop raving enough. And I love my new car.

I recently traded in my Kluger and purchased an I 20 at ASF Cardiff. The customer service was excellent and was the reason I pursued the transaction so confidently. I did not feel pressured or overwhelmed and the whole process was quick and easy. They have a new customer for life.



 

 Went to Parramatta dealership, everyone I dealt with were easy going, happy, helpful and not pushy. I definitely recommend buying a car here. Whole process has been smooth and stress free - not sure I can think of any negatives.

i just traded in a car and bought a new one from OzCar and am still impressed by the service and quality of cars. This is my second car I have bought through them and I doubt it will be the last. I cannot recommend the team at Cardiff especially Jacob who answered all my questions, took me on a huge test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the car and got me enough to pay out the loan on my existing car. I have already told other people about the yard and I am sure that they will be heading out there when it is time for their new car.
