After a day of doing the rounds of local car yards found our way late in the afternoon at the OzCar Dealership at Penrith and was greeted by a Friendly guy named Lee who showed us around the cars after a while he showed us Car that was a bit above my budget but told me we'll look after you and take it for a test drive and see what you think so we did and wow love at first drive, So we are now the owners so i would like to thank the Team at Penrith for looking after us Lee,Anthony and Nicole and the other guy's can not remember their names Thanks very much Guy's what a Fantastic Team.

We recently visited the Oz Car yard in Dubbo. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and we were shown around the cars that were in our price range. Jason was great, very knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all. We purchased a car and the DP came and thanked us and congratulated us on our purchase.  To the staff at Ozcar Paramatta, my partner and I can't thank you guys enough for all your help and fantastic customer service leading up to us buying our 2014 Veloster. Prior to me visiting the car yard I had seen mixed reviews online so naturally I walked in with my guards up expecting to receive the classic car salesman. But when Rodney approached us he was very welcoming from the get go and actually listened to what we wanted rather than suggesting what we should get. I asked him about some of the rumours I heard about ozcar which he assured me weren't true and he certainly proved all the negative feedback I have seen about this company to be wrong. Rod did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked in all the way through to a few days later when we drove out with the perfect car. The finance expert T'neal is a phenomenal employee and a true asset to ozcar, having had a credit card over the limit previously thus made applying for credit a bit of a struggle but she did everything possible to ensure that we were approved. She laid out my options and ensured that we knew the terms and conditions and all of our contractual obligations. Applying for finance is a lot of paperwork and can be quite boring but T'neal is by far one of the most charismatic yet professional people I have ever come across with a profound sense of humour which made the application process fly by. Finally we were supported by one of the manager Jigbar who actually helped me get the cheapest car insurance quote possible which made things a lot easier as owning a car in NSW can be quite costly on an annual basis. Whatever these three people are being paid, it really isn't enough because they are all worth so much more, I have recommended Ozcar to numerous people already and have amazingly made life long friends with these people. Their service was so impressive that I find myself going out of my way to visit them at the car yard to say hello. Any negative comments written about Ozcar are a complete fallacy and I challenge anyone to see for themselves and share their thoughts. 10/10 

I have recently ventured out to purchase a pre-loved car on a limited budget. I arrived at Australian Fleet's Parramatta yard and was greated by a very helpful young salesman, Wade. He enquired what I was hoping to achieve and budget restraints. When nothing suitable was found in the Parramatta yard a suitable vehicle was soon located at their headquarters. Wade then drove us to the car's location and a test drive was organised. Australian Fleet also offered my big dollars for my little trade in! I was impressed with the car and was happy to go ahead with the purchase. Unfortunately I found out during the test drive that the triptronic was faulty. Australian Fleet Sales organised the repair and even provided me with a fantastic loan car whilst I waited for the completion of the repairs. In addition the car was not handed over to me until Australian Fleet Sales was satisfied that the problem was solved and the vehicle had been detailed to just about showroom condition. Great customer service and fantastic value for money! Thank you guys!

 From the moment I set foot into the Cardiff dealership I felt comfortable. The team there were great to deal with and made sure they did everything they could to get me my dream car. Would highly recommend you don't buy a car without seeing the guys at Cardiff first.

I Recently Purchased a Ford Ranger from AFS and found the staff to be very helpful and on the ball . Getting back to me quickly about any questions i had. They were very professional. The Ranger was in A1 condition no hidden suprises . I will go back and buy another car from them when the time arrises.

AFS Blacktown have been great. Got far more for my trade-in than expected and I bought a Calais V Redline. The repayments are even less than what I was paying. The car is now due for a service, so I booked it in and it is being done free of charge. Cant ask for anymore than that...

My son is now looking at AFS Blacktown for his new car.
