I found my next car at Oz Car Kippa-ring. The sales staff, mechanic and administrative staff there are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, non-pushy, helpful and accommodating. The Kippa-ring guys happily accepted my old car as a trade- in and I love my new (second hand) car from them. Oz Car vehicles are given the once-over and must meet their high quality standards before they will take them on to sell. Moreover, being Australia-wide, if I have any problems whilst out and about the country, I can take my car to any Oz Car dealership mechanic. I highly recommend them - and the Kippa-ring branch.

Exceptional service at OzCar Wyoming. They made the car-buying process unexpectedly easy, minimised our stress, made choices easy, found answers to all our questions. We came in with troubles, came out with solutions we didn’t even expect. We purchased on the spot and even got a spare car to drive while waiting for the one we purchased. The extras kept coming, to the point where I started wondering what the catch was. There wasn’t one. The price was fair, the process was straightforward, and—oddly enough—it was actually fun. I would like to acknowledge and thank Christian Sleeman, Buyer and Salesman for OzCar Moorooka, for the exceptional service he provided on the sale of our car. We listed our car on two online selling platforms. We had mixed responses ranging from nonsense requests to acceptable genuine offers, unfortunately with messy buying conditions. Less than a week into our selling experience, we received an offer from Christian. I was quite sceptical at first, fearing this could be somewhat of a lowball offer. Christian’s first offer was unacceptable, but he listened and asked what we wanted. He said that he would talk to his boss and, if he could reach our expectation, he would call back. He also said that if he couldn’t satisfy our expectation, he wouldn’t call, thus respecting my time. Christian called back and offered a sale price exactly as we requested. The only requirement was that our vehicle passed an inspection. On inspection, our sale price was confirmed. We accepted and completed the paper work with no pressure at all. Nothing could have been more stress free. Christian was professional, efficient and patient, explaining the entire process of the sale. We completed the sale, feeling confident that we had done the right thing.
